Benders and Ovens
Our range of plastic fabrication machinery is second to none. Multiple bending areas and full heat control is available from the Multibi. While advanced quartz heating is standard on the Quartz range. A range of ovens with multiple heating zones and large capacity are available.
All of our systems are delivered, installed and your operating staff are trained by Laserplas. Two year warranty and other support is provided by our UK based technical team.

Multibi 3000 - Up to 3m sheet size and 10mm heating area. 4 wire heaters
can be configured for 2 heat zones (top and bottom) or 4 zone (bottom only).

Forno Kalor XLSS - Measures 3000 x 1600 x 600 with 3 seperate chambers. 54kw with 2
extractable shelves.
Quartz 3000 - Same as the Multibi range but utilising quartz heating giving superior
control and longer element life.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Cutlite Penta laser system. This is a powerful 5 axis machine designed for profiling andtrimming of plastic and metal components. This is the first 5 axis machine that utilises a CO2 laser and is therefore capable
of high power output.
