Rule Proccessing Machines
SDS Korea was the first company to build automated benders and their range is still at the forefront of the technology. With hundreds of machines in use in the USA and hundreds more Worldwide, the EasyBender and EasyCutter range are regarded as the industry leader.
All of our systems are delivered, installed and your operating staff are trained by Laserplas. One year warranty and other support is provided by our UK based technical team.

EasyBender XT - Up to 50mm high rule and up to 130 degree bends. The tool modules offer
                                lipping, straight cut and 2 sizes of notches.

EasyCutter - Capable of producing cutting and creasing rules in 2pt, 3pt and 4pt with heights
                        from 10mm to 32mm. The easyCutter will cut, lip, notch and mark rule for hand bending
EasyBender XR - Bends, notches, lips and cuts 3 or 4pt curved rule for .487
                                circumfrence rotary rule. In addition the XR has the capability
                                within the software of automatically or manually placing relief notches.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Cutlite Penta laser system. This is a powerful 5 axis machine designed for profiling andtrimming of plastic and metal components. This is the first 5 axis machine that utilises a CO2 laser and is therefore capable of high power output.
